“Fail Well”: Fear of Failure and how to cope with it

07-04-2021 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Dear all,

After our last mental health workshop in February on Burnout, we are organizing another one on the topic of “Fail Well”: Fear of Failure and how to cope with it; April 7th 2021 from 5:30pm until 8pm. We ask you to register by April 6th using the following link:
Please find more information below and we are looking forward to having you!

Workshop Description:

Making mistakes and experiencing failure is surely nothing new to us. Many negative feelings and reactions are linked to failure: we are disappointed, feel small and insufficient, get angry, draw back and lose motivation.
In this workshop, we’ll learn to accept failure as a necessity to learn and grow. And of course, to succeed more and faster.

We will discuss:
-Why are we afraid of failing?
Is it shame? Is it fear of failure?
Is it stress? Or is it “misunderstanding” from the past?

-Why failing is considered as something bad?
Let’s try to reverse that misconception.

-What are the benefits of failing?
Do you know that failing has been an important and necessary step at the course of highly successful people?

-How can we Fail Well and Succeed More?
Ways that we can defeat the fear of failure and stop sabotaging ourselves.
Join us in this workshop and learn how to turn failure into success.
